The Scenario

For the first time, the Government of Gujarat is decentralising the Vibrant Gujarat model by taking investment-focused conferences to regional power centres across the state. The intent: unlock region-specific growth and build momentum ahead of the next global summit.

The Strategy

A unifying theme – “Regional Aspirations, Global Ambitions” – was created to showcase each region as a distinct economic gateway, while still reinforcing Gujarat’s global investment identity. Each conference is preceded by a one-day district programme, ensuring grassroots participation and local stakeholder alignment.

Creative Execution (So Far)

The North Gujarat conference in Mehsana has been executed with full IMC rollout including print ads, outdoor domination, region-specific brochures, radio messaging, digital communication, and complete event branding. The same framework will extend to the remaining three regions.

Impact & Status

The North Gujarat edition successfully introduced the regional conference format and set the communication benchmark for the upcoming events. Execution for Kutch & Saurashtra, South Gujarat, and Central Gujarat is now underway.
